What does a man store who doesn't cook?
I buy milk once per month, there's no need to keep it in a fridge since the store doesn't. I also admit that it is still cold. The milk is just on the working place. I guess it has no time to get spoiled.

A happy day, enjoy your milk coffee

That is not what we were discussing but the fact you said it is hard to do some steps back if used to the luxury of energy and petrol today.
I told you that of you have to you can and that those in Cuba are the living example if it. They are without petrol, without cars, for the biggest part of the day and night without electricity, without food, without clothes and medication. Simply because nothing is available. If they can do it, we can too!

I agree that there are who give themselves a 100% upvote and not the ten times of what they delegated,if they delegated at all. Besides those who receive their votes are the end of the run will always receive fewer than those who receive a vote if the SP is still over 90+.
I assume only a few will always win if they give all their SP to someone else and blcan build entire houses and have holidays in the Bahamas no matter where they live or if there's a war. Just for a very small group Steemit turns out to be good. The rest of belongs to the cattle living with the hope to receive an upvote of a few cents.

Now I speak you ..how can it be that Steemit doesn't pay out the amount to the author as mentioned underneath a post?
It's always fewer, I could say way fewer and now I don't talk about that a part goes to curators or is paid out in SP. Is the calculation wrong or does take Steemit a bigger share than it tells its users?

I still need to practise a bit more to turn those blobs of white and black – or perhaps other colours – into something better, but I do enjoy doing this and it’s relaxing. And who knows, if you clear your mind completely for a moment, something completely different might emerge; that’s fine too. It just uses a lot of paint, but what surprises me is how quickly it dries, especially compared to painting, where I use hardly any less paint.

I have all those tubes I mentioned and I want to use them up first; there’s also a tube of green that’s actually watercolour and which I was given, but it looks suspiciously like the tube of green acrylic paint. No idea what I’m going to do with it, maybe just get started and see what it turns into.

Of course, it sounds brilliant, a cupboard full of tubes of paint and drawers full of all sorts of bits and bobs, but I think there also comes a point where you just have to say: I’ve got it, so I’m going to use it and see what comes of it. I don’t need to buy it just for fun, of course; I think that’s a waste of money. By now, I think I’ve used up all my tiny unlabelled tubes, and they were already over eight years old. I’m glad about that, because I hate nothing more than having to throw away something you’ve spent money on. I think we do that enough in our lives already. I do notice, though, that my paint suffers in the cold and changes texture quickly; I can’t really do anything with it then.

Perhaps you should just have a bit of fun dabbing around with paint and see what emerges; if it’s no good, that’s fine too, and there’s bound to come a moment when you say: I can see this or that in it.

I hope you’re doing well and that you can leave the stress behind you a little; have a lovely day.

❤️🍀

Although we consume a lot of electricity because we once grew our industry using windmills and watermills, modern wind turbines are far more harmful to the environment than the old mills we used to have. I think that if the government were really serious about the environment, they would bring the large number of those old mills back into use rather than relying on wind turbines. The nuclear power stations we used to have have all been shut down, so I don’t think the need can be that great. I also think this when I see how much energy is still being wasted and used up by the rise of computers, laptops, even more phones, even more electrical appliances and even more handy, Wi-Fi-controlled gadgets. And then there are all those electric cars and electric bikes. Before that, we already had electric scooters, and now fatbikes have joined the mix – you name it, it never ends.
We only have trams in, if I’m not mistaken, three cities in the country, so the fact that Arnhem has trolleybuses works perfectly there, though I don’t know for how long – at least 50 years, I suspect, and no longer – and then other cities complain that it’s not possible because of the wiring. Come on, a tram is fine, isn’t it? Trains run regularly here, particularly in the Randstad; the rest of the country was pretty much left in the lurch, so we’ll have to wait and see – that’s the first thing to be cut back on. On top of that, public transport is a right mess, so that’s not going to get people out of their cars either. No employer will accept it if you say you’re late because the train was late or the bus was delayed; they’ll just tell you to leave home earlier, but even if you leave on time – factoring in all the delays and changes – you’re already spending a lot longer on the road than you would in a car, where you’re often stuck in a traffic jam, so the choice is an easy one.

We do have a few small shops that are always open, and these are the ones people tend to have a connection with, and which naturally know their customers too. The atmosphere there is much friendlier than in the big supermarkets, where the cashier doesn’t even look at you anymore, but just sits chatting to a colleague or someone else via a headset – quite impersonal, but I personally find it rude too. I can also imagine that it’s always wise for small shops to stay open; every customer counts and it’s hard to compete with the giants.

Have you ever thought about painting? You really don’t need any expensive stuff for it. And you can also paint on the floor or a wall, on an egg carton, you name it; cardboard works brilliantly too. Paint doesn’t have to be expensive either; I do see all that expensive stuff being touted, but it doesn’t actually produce a better result than the cheaper paint. Sometimes you just need a bit of luck; in any case, it’s nice to have a bit of a mess, and that’s more fun with paint than with food, as I see it.

I wish you a lovely day, and when it comes to parties: you can celebrate whenever you like, and you certainly should.

This isn’t what it means in the Netherlands. If you’re highly educated, you earn more than someone with a lower level of education. So why would an employer hire a highly educated person, often with little experience, simply because they spent more time in education, rather than someone with a lower level of education who could also do the job excellently?
Incidentally, something I’ve also come across on several occasions is the fact that, although a female employee is requested, when it comes down to it, you’re simply the coffee lady and are allowed to water the plants. It also happens that employers don’t want employees who are better educated than themselves. Another issue is that employers often want to train their staff themselves, and the higher the level of education, the more likely the person is to think for themselves and chart their own course, which isn’t always practical within every company. These days it matters less, simply because salaries are fixed and people are paid based on experience or are simply told: ‘You’ll earn this much.’ Incidentally, I once had an employer who did hire me, but was concerned that I was highly educated and would therefore be capable of doing better work, and that this would be demotivating, regardless of the fact that I wouldn’t have any responsibilities. I explained to him that I was aware of this and didn’t want any responsibilities at all, because I already have enough of those in my life as a single working mother with two jobs and my own business.

I added the pictures so you can see what they looked out in the end.
Yesterday I cracked them and used them for egg salad. They were all good, edible and without a single spat of paint. It did took me four days to paint though. A bit too long to my taste.

Hard boiled eggs remain good over a very long time. I did not store them in the fridge. I also don't with raw eggs. Even stores will never store eggs in a fridge. You just found them on the shelf. Always put them with the smaller point downwards and never wash them after you took them away of the chicken or bought them.

I made an egg salad out of the boiled eggs. The eggs were fine and not a tiny spot if paint was on the egg, unlike what we see if we paint it with natural colours or tablets ment to paint eggs with.

It is common to paint and hide those eggs and eat them for at least several days.
In my entire life I never had a bad egg. With or without paint each one was edible.

It frequently comes to my mind and I truly hope it won't take me back to my past, my childhood. Who knows what imagination can do and memory loss takes us to a different dimension like I once read in a book a child wrote about his parent. Not lost, just living in a different dimension than me.

Some left for Eastern but it is more custom to visit car shows, kitchen and furniture shops, although I doubt there are many left who will do so. There seems to be a run on electric cars due to the high price of gasoline but at the same time the electricity bills rise as well. And what is an electric car worth if there's no place to power up the battery? In the wide area I couldn't mention one single option.

I didn't come to much which is fine. I crawled out of bed later and drink my tea. Who knows I check my bags later, they are still unpacked from my last travel.

I painted some eggs, boil some others right now (I don't like cold eggs LOL) and hope I feel to painting a bit. Actually, I like to paint three things to show or give away in June, but if it comes to it I rather keep it myself or don't believe what I made will brighten up someone's life. I also promised to send @almaguer something but I have no idea what.

Do you need glasses very badly? I hope iltour eyes will not give you headaches.

Are you closed during the Easter week?
